Unikey TSP 44 contains 43–44% phosphorus. It is a nitrogen-free granular fertilizer with a high phosphorus content. More than 90% of the phosphorus dissolves in water and becomes quickly available for plant uptake. Phosphorus is important for root development, strengthening plant tissues, and increasing resistance to diseases and pests; it also shortens harvest time by promoting flowering and seed maturity.
Under phosphorus deficiency, plants remain stunted; blooming is delayed and seed set is poor. Leaves first turn dark green, then red to purple. Fruit size becomes small and shelf life shortens. It is used as a base fertilizer for all crops (cereals, corn, cotton, hazelnut, vineyards, bananas, etc.) to meet phosphorus needs and to increase water and nutrient uptake capacity by ensuring healthy root development.
